Offer applies to shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers outside the 48 states get a 5% discount in lieu of Free Freight, or Free Freight to a US address such as a broker or forwarder. Offer is good only on published prices or quote where it is specifically included. JDS will decide shipping method based on cost, if customer has a preferred method they would pay the difference between that option and the least expensive option. Any special requirements such as liftgate, COD, etc. will be at customer's expense. COD charges through UPS are not considered part of freight cost and will be billed separately.
