The culture of JDS is often described by visitors and new employees as positive, helpful, different, passionate, fun and friendly. The top priority for every one of us at JDS is doing what is going to benefit the customer. All of us at JDS are passionate and protective of the unique culture we have and are excited about finding the best, new additions to our team to fuel our growth.
COMPANY EVENTS
One perk of having amazing coworkers is enjoying each other's company, and we come up with some good excuses to have fun together! Throughout the year, JDS hosts catered meals. The March Madness Chili Contest, 4th of July Cook-Out, Taco Feed and Salsa Contest plus a Thanksgiving Dinner are a few examples. The family-friendly Summer Event and Employee Winter Celebration are always a big hit. All are great ways to connect with coworkers and have fun together.
