As part of a global resolution of YETI' s lawsuit against JDS, JDS redesigned its
drinkware and the Parties have resolved the lawsuit on confidential terms. YETI and JDS have agreed that the Polar Camel tumblers sold by JDS as shown in Attachment 1 may continue to be sold through February 5, 2019 but cannot be sold after February 5, 2019.

JDS and YETI also have reached an agreement that allows JDS to sell the redesigned Polar Camel tumbler and beverage holders shown in Attachment 2 from this date forward.

YETI has agreed to release and hold harmless any JDS customer for the sale of any Polar Camel tumblers shown in Attachment 1 on or before February 5, 2019.
